Do you use purchased or custom art for your stickers?
All the icons and Bob the Panda are drawn by me. Sticker kits have bit of both - my own art and purchased florals.
Custom and personalised orders?
We are currently not accepting any custom orders. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
What type of paper do you use?
All our stickers are printed on premium matte paper.
Foiled stickers - in house or outsourced?
We design, print, cut and foil all our stickers. Due to the nature of foiling, some minor imperfections may occur.
Can I change my order or my address? Can I combine my orders?
Sadly we don't accept order changes, and please check your address before purchasing. It's the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address before the order is confirmed. We do not replace orders lost due to incorrect address.
We are happy to combine orders, please contact us with your order numbers and we will do the rest :)
Shipping Options?
Due to the rising shipping costs we no longer offer 1st Class free shipping, but we do offer 2nd Class on all UK orders over £10. If you would like to have your order shipped by 1st Class post then please pick the paid 1st Class Shipping option during the checkout.
How long do I have to wait for my stickers?
Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks
Sale processing times - 3-4 weeks.
Once the items are marked shipped it will depend on your location and the type of postage selected.
**Most UK orders arrive in 1-2 working days, but do allow up to 10 working days**
**International orders shipped by standard mail can take anything up to 30 working days.**

Once the package has been shipped it is out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the shipping company. Any fees and taxes incurred are out of our control and responsibility of the buyer. For the peace of mind, we recommend purchasing the tracked shipping option.
I received my order, but there is something wrong with it. What should I do?
We try our best to check all our stickers before shipping, however, sometimes mistakes can happen. If you have received wrong or miscut stickers please contact us via email with a picture of your order and we will be happy to sort it for you.
